How we recruit the best tech talents

The first thing we’ll do is schedule a chat for you with one of our recruiters. Tell us all about you - your background, interests, passions, goals, concerns and anything else. Throw all of your questions at us. We’re an open book.

It’s time to meet face-to-face. Your recruiter will line up in-person and video interviews for you with a broad group of people, so you can meet lots of future colleagues and get a glimpse into how it feels to work here. We’ll talk about more than just your tech skills so be ready for a range of topics as you go through the day.

Show us your skills. If you’re applying for a technical role, this is your chance to show us your passion for tech and some of your skills. We’ll set up a time for you to code together with one of our developers either in person or over video. We do lots of pair programming, so this sessions is a great way for you to see how we work and for us to see how you tackle problems.
